If shipping to Canada (any value):

• Required paperwork is a Commercial Invoice with the Country of Origin listed.

For international shipments outside of the U.S. or Canada (greater than $2,500 value):

• Shipper's Letter of Instruction
• Commercial Invoice
• Packing List
• SED (Shippers Export Declaration)
• Other documents may be required depending on the country

For international shipments outside of the U.S. or Canada (less than $2,500 value):

• Commercial Invoice
• Packing List
• Other documents may be required depending on the country

For documentation assistance:

• If needed, Express Critical can prepare documentation for you with power of attorney or written authorization.
• Additional charges will apply for documentation service.
