Surcharge*
UPS Express Critical® uses index-based air and ground fuel
surcharges. Air fuel surcharges will apply on all air shipments,
including the ground pickup and delivery. Ground fuel surcharges
will apply on ground-only shipments. UPS ExpressCritical fuel surcharges
will be updated monthly, effective on the first Monday of each
month, and posted approximately two weeks prior to the effective

Trade Direct Air/Ocean U.S. Destination Warehouse Services
For non-warehousing accounts, Trade Direct cross dock is defined as logistics activity that attempts to
reduce costs and total lead time by breaking down received items on the loading dock of 10 SKUS, sorting,
and immediately matching them with outgoing shipment requirements, instead of stocking the items in warehouse
locations and returning to pick for orders at a later time.

UPS Ocean Freight Services passes on surcharges imposed by carriers and port authorities. As required by these conditions, and in
compliance with FMC regulations, UPS Ocean Freight Services publishes the corresponding rate adjustments in its applicable
tariffs. International air freight fuel and security surcharge rates are determined by the origin and destination country
of each shipment.

UPS Small Package Delivery Transportation Rate Charts
UPS Service will be provided pursuant to the Domestic U.S. UPS Rate and Service Guide, and Tariff, in effect at the time of shipment. Additional charges and accessorial fees may apply per the Domestic U.S. UPS Rate and Service Guide, and Tariff, in effect at the time of shipment. U.S. domestic deliveries will be assessed using the attached UPS Transportation Rate charts.
